LMA Seven Principles LMA Principle #7 Passionately Break the Pattern Sometimes replacement activities, sponsorship, mentoring, or counseling don’t seem to work. That’s when we have to take radical action. We have to be willing to crucify the self and put on the new man or woman. Matthew 11:12“From the moment John stepped onto the scene until now, the realm of heaven’s kingdom is bursting forth, and passionate people have taken hold of its power.” Philippians 2:13“God will continually revitalize you, implanting within you the passion to do what pleases him.” 1 Timothy 6:12 “So fight with faith for the winner’s prize! Lay your hands upon eternal life, for this is your calling—celebrating in faith before the multitude of witnesses!” Look for new ways to spend your time. Seek to learn new ways of enjoying yourself. Seek Jesus and just “BE.” Learn to ‘BE’…..and get serious about your Recovery/Spiritual Growth…….. Psalm 46:10 Surrender your anxiety. Be still and realize that I am God. I am God above all the nations, and I am exalted throughout the whole earth. Just ‘BE’…… Enough said…..
