July 29, 2021 - Thursday - LMA Devotional

Hey Everybody,

LMA Christ-Centered Recovery Group (We Are All Recovering From Something)

LMA Meeting Guidelines The group chairperson should cover the following with all participants at the beginning of each meeting: - Each meeting should be held for one hour from beginning to end. - Someone should be asked to volunteer to open the meeting with a prayer (wording is optional). - One person will serve as the chairperson, and another should serve as a co-chair. - Confidentiality is a must (who is here and what is said here, stays here). - No cross-talk (when someone is sharing, be respectful). - Please hold sharing to a reasonable amount of time so that all who wish to will have time to share. - No profanity (profanity is not a sign of spiritual growth). - LMA is an open group (as long as you are interested in overcoming a problem (i.e., addictions; or spiritual malady (sin or wrongdoing) ... you are welcome in our fellowship. - We are a Christ-centered group promoting faith in God (Father, Son, and Spirit). We believe in Jesus Christ as the Son of God and our Savior. - Encourage discussion by picking a "topic" or asking others to share their experience. - Speak to your experience, not that of others. Don't ever try to "fix" someone else. - Close with a prayer. The guidelines for an LMA Meeting are shared above.....consider using our Christ-Centered Recovery Program. We believe that "We Are All Recovering From Something" ; find a 'Path' that works for you.

Psalm 119:105
